I spent a few hours yesterday looking through all the submission documents to both the House and Senate yesterday. Last mention of anything to do with "non-invasive screening" was when that Military Appropriates Bill was enacted in early June.
I'm wondering if the 90 days trigger is that date, not when this was first flagged in March?
