I can see where you are trying to go with the comparison to FML (as lomg term holder). I think that your comparison maybe a little premature as far as trying to tie the those psrticular similarities together.

FML is an producing company with a maiden profit, a 1.2M ton pa mill and on track to produce 60 to 100K ozs this year with no soverign risk or debt.

I can't see where SBL matches this profile.

At this stage it is still an explorer not a producer.
