Yes, time will be the acid test, I know 2 of the landholders involved plus another right beside the Macintyre wind farm and so far none of the 3 have anything bad to say about Acciona or the turbines but its early days yet. I suspect that if there are problems in the future with funding the decommissioning of wind farms then we would soon see legislation requiring the operators to put money aside in a trust fund for that purpose.
