I would couch your persistent accusations of RAC's CEO as being a spin doctor as exactly that - trolling.
You choose to ignore the respected discourse amongst holders who do indeed actually pose counter ideas or questions in a respectful manner, and find that sharing information bolsters their understanding of the opportunity ahead.
