Saying it was priced at $2 and nothing has changed is not factual .
•Around 50 % of shares has been bought back and cancelled
• New accounting standard has made earnings more stabile
stable
• 2 special dividends paid in past 2 years at double the rate of ordinary dividends.
• claims have come down to zero because of house price rises which is likely to continue.
• Taxable income to be aligned with accounting income so more franking credit availability which with buy backs means more franking credits per share available.
