    As per the Q1 CY2024 activities report, in February 2024, the Company was advised of an administrative delay by the Department of Mineral Resources & Energy with respect to its Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Program at Steelpoortdrift. As previously announced, this administrative delay had extended the anticipated timeframe for these approvals to the end of Q2 CY2024.
