NO chance whasoever of them getting 6m profit... let alone EBITDA... At the moment they are purelyt relying on cashflows from interest they receive from funds they hold while they give nothing to their customers.. it is that simple!
Their platform is average at best... and they have not implemented anything recently that helps them stand out from the crowd. Their previous enhacements in regards to crypto that we spent million son got canned and the board have not even put out a decent strategy! To reject that takeover proposal was a bit silly! SP has not not traded close to the offer price since.
