The Critical Raw Material Act of EU (CRMA) does not overcome the Finnish mining law saying that municipality has right to to decide about
mining in land planning. The municipality, cíty of Kuusamo, has stated its position against the mine in the travel core region in public, loud an clear

The marketing speech with CRMA is crooked and they are desperately betting on other regions instead of KSB, but will waste some millions to keep up the story about the mine.
