It does make me wonder why buy on OTC market if its just a formality to be set up to buy overseas.
Could explain why so little volume on OTC but it does make me wonder what is the point.
It would be good and material to know that the average USA retail investor can buy into FBR if they gained exposure to FBR through their JV with CRH.
It could funnel in some demand onto ASX to boost SP.
