there is an understandable lack of trust from brokers re COE. They have failed to deliver for many years now and I would think tangible evidence of an ability to deliver results is needed before we get much more price movement.
most of the gas sold is still contracted at around $8 so until COE can show that it can produce above contracted requirements we may be in a holding pattern.
this is the price shareholders have to pay for not agitating for Maxwells exit
