now let’s cut through all the shiiiet that gets thrown around here… all the wild speculation and knuckle down an exact timeline laid out by the CEO and chairman of the board at 21/05/2024 AGM…

the timeline for deals to close has been set at 21/05/2025…

the timeline to profitability set is between 21/05/2026 and 21/05/2027

this timeline is based off the folllowing FACTUAL statements from Sean and Antonio at the AGM.


SEAN: we have several engagements that we have been in on for over a year that we’re are near on in closing

SEAN: typically speaking most companies when they’re making a chip have a 2 year horizon… you can also imagine that we’ve been in these engagements for over 1 year so you can guess where somewhere in that window…

ANTONIO: Sean do you believe based on our progress to date that we have sufficiently built a pipeline such that we can turn enough licenses to turn profitability in say the next 2 to 3 years?
