My thinking is that there are Chinese, and possibly American / European OEMs making up the final four parties in our offtake process. CG has publicly said that some of these parties require a DFS before committing, while some of the others don't.

Given we know the Chinese are generally happy to hand over cash without a DFS (see Atlas Lithium offtakes from earlier this year), I assume that the remaining parties that want to see a DFS are western aligned companies.

Bit of an assumption but I am also assuming mgt is trying to play them off against each other because there has been mixed messaging as to whether or not the offtake will be announced before or after the DFS. The current company presentation suggests the offtake will be beforehand, while they've also said on webinars that the DFS will be reviewed first before an offtake gets announced.
