The world is going electric. I currently work at an Iron ore project with one of the big 5 in Australia- electric by 2030- specifically in my department which they have told all contracting companies that if they don’t turn their rigs into electric - their contract gets dropped.
In short: UNLESS the world figures out a way where they don’t need lithium for electric batteries - thefutureforlithiumislongtermandpermanent. If the big 5 are going electric and green now and their mine lives are 15plus years then it just shows the demand.
