"As for the state of operations, basically, he said he was frustrated about the issues they're having, they've learned valuable lessons, and they hope to have positive developments in the future. I won't even bother giving my personal analysis of that.

Jerko said they are working on the issues already announced to the market and will put out an update "when applicable and possible"."

Looks like my own assumptions were correct. Missed update = bad news. Always has been, and continues to be. Unbelievable.

Learning valuable lessons doesn't do anything for shareholders. It's beyond me how they can't employ or poach someone with experience and competency to get things running. Obviously Pablo is the man when it comes to "test tube" processing, but is absolutely out of his depth when it comes to scaling up the operation.

As at 27th April they had 2 weeks of sustained operations. So I wonder, are they still at least producing the measly ~4.85t per week up until now? Or have things been shut down once again? I wonder how they're going to spin this one in the quarterly.

I think it's evident now that AGY has never had any success with financing partners or offtakes, likely because those are able to see that they weren't going to be able to scale the production with Pablo's secret system. It's the only possible thing I can think of.

Will be able to determine an updated timeline after the next update - but so far looking like nameplate well into 2025. Doesn't bode well for any expansion. But hey, at least Puna are focusing their efforts on putting more extended family through lab and plant operations training courses rolleyes.png
