That's because usually a raise comes with a discount or attached options and participants can sell out for profit almost immediately.
Although they've raised funds, I wouldnt class it as 'a raise'. The ATM facility pretty much just allows the company to sell some of its own shares on market. No options, no discounts, minimal dilution. Because of this, there arent any participants to sell and take small profits. Hence i dont think the share price will hover around 54c. If anything, investors now have confidence that there is no looming raise in the next 6 months.

Strategic by the company because it allows any material news to have full effect now!
