Look I'm not much of a technical analysist, and yes I know many people hate lines drawn on their charts, but hear me out because this has been a profitable strategy for me for many years now. In my opinion a stock can only trend 3 ways, It can trend down, trend sideways and trend up, and it will often go in a cycle ->up->sideways->down->sideways->up. Sometimes we skip the sideways, so what has really worked for me is forget the fundamentals completely because the truth is the volume that moves a stock is not hanging around for the fundamentals they are riding technical momentum, sorry to break the news guys, its all technical, news doesn't directly move a stock, it's the actions of the buyers and sellers that move a stock and we can look at the historical patterns of these people with charts. I like to keep things simple with my analysis, what's the direction of the trend and what are the key levels.
As we can see from my 1 minute line drawing session, w2v was moving down since listing it clearly stopped moving down, now you can make the argument that we are moving sideways or maybe even upwards because we have higher highs and higher lows being drawn. This method is not 100% there's never certainty in stock trading but there is probabilities and I take my chances when the odds seem in my favor. In the recent past buying w2v at around 1 cent has been profitable, I look to the past to give me confidence in the future!
