Coldry will happen in China , simply because black coal prices will keep increasing.
Federal government 30% mining tax has assured price increases.
Victoria will have a surge in industry moving from NSW, and other states simply because lignite is cheap.
NO MINING TAX on lignite???????????????

After reading this your view regarding Kos needs to be reviewed, or maybe you fear him because he is no ones puppet, or a leaky boat.
