a few things, no manipulation, see above. Secondly not trading at cash value, money burn in quarter means we still have a higher MC than cash. (Though not saying that it is a lot). Bit of research might also lead to speculation on a focus that might not be lithium or Uranium. There is a bit going on that makes it interesting at the current price. Purely speculative.
Despite the down play of Directors buying on market, It is another interesting development.
