In terms of manipulation I think you are wrong.
The price is being pushed down, on tiny volumes, as soon as a buyer comes in they vanish.
Anyone watching this can clearly see, the good thing is this can jump hard as volumes hit, as there are no volumes dropping the price just tiny CXA trades
