Looks like he's flipped his CR shares but still holding his original ~9m shares / above 5% of the company
Stuart Tonkin (NST director) is also holding 9.89% of the company
Just looking at the previous raise, it was a private placement at a premium to only Stuart & Tim (both were already substantial shareholders before the placement)
Maybe he / they are planning to participate again in the upcoming raise? Or maybe just a derisking event
Let's hope it doesn't spook the market
