Elected or not, any HC member is permitted to log in and post on HC whenever they damn-well please - who the hell do you think you are?
This is a PER thread, @Dave Down Under, is a holder, I am a holder, one would expect that everyone in the 'new group' would also be holders.
Funnily enough, even with the 'sentiment' and 'position' buttons below that are required to have an indication for each post, they specifically provide one of the options be 'Not Held', therefore, that any poster is not even required to be a PER holder to post on this forum.
