I used to have one disaster a year URW was mine quite a few years ago; scared l was and have not rechecked the price recently…. Reducing the withholding tax credits was a horror story - that issue alone will stop me ever buying the share again. Cannot remember the details now but it was b$$$$y awful.
l think yes it was a combination of the Macquarie report as well as the indication from America that they would cut rates before inflation had reduced to 2%.
it’s really uncertain at the moment hey? If there is a major pullback l will add l think. In the back of my mind my portfolio is at record highs and it might be time to contact a few % into cash. I am really uncertain…
