Yes, one does get the impression that Pablo is too proud of himself and stubbornly refuses to get any outside assistance in getting the plant up and running but that may not be the case at all although there has not been any announcements regarding 3rd party assistance that I can recall. JZ has said they are working with RIO TINTO whatever that meant, probably more to do with liaising - lobbying - authorities for approvals, which were granted, than the plant itself.
