i have tried to address your concerns before about proven resources/reserves.
OBM have made it very clear that the existing resources at SK are open ‘in all directions’. The way for any company to increase their resource picture will be to do additional drilling … which is done much more efficiently and cheaper (~30% of cost) by drilling from underground locations.
Luke knows what he is doing … he wouldn’t be building this new decline without the highest degrees of confidence that SK will be pulling ore for at least 3 years.
The same strategy will unfold with Riverina resources/reserves growth, as that is also open along strike and at depth.
Next big target $4000 an ounce, I must assume, page-66
