What you describe is exactly the sort of management style that is needed. In fact that is the management style that every company needs and deserves. Unfortunately, very few in the penny stock arena get it - seems to go with the territory. Vagueness and obfuscation are deemed necessary in order to paint as rosy a picture as possible. Just got to go with the gut I guess. Anyway, that is what I am doing.
