The Director's don't review these reports. This is obvious from the quality of this and others.
Check the Board meetings records. The Managing Director didn't attemd one meeting for the entire year.
Bhushan Steel are treating Bowen Energy like a provately owned company and are ignoring the best interests of all shareholders for which they have fiduciary duties to act in the best interets of.
BOWEN ENERGY ONLY HAS ONE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR. And that is Neil Stuart. Mark Sheppard is an employee and is therefore not independent.
Neil Stuart's record is also woeful. Calling in sick the day of the GM called to oust the Board and returning to work the day of the apparently confidential and un-solicited and un-assisted takeover bid last year.
