I'd like to see traders and investors who are on the sideline try to catch the price at the current level when FBR releases news that they have completed SAT successfully.
Thats the next announcement.
They wont be able to get in at this level. They'll be chasing the price up, there will be a halt, and then a gap up when the halt is removed and the explanation is "we're succeeding you d!pshits, thats why the price is running".
