As the GP increases closer to and possibly above $2500, the ZARUSD exchange is more favourable from a collapsing USD, IR come possibly down from a Fed Rate Cut, the margins for lending to WWI for Qala get better.
And lenders who are all about payback risk, above $2500 they should become reassured, that at a (-10%) correction or (-20%) bear move or (-30%) collapse are mitigated against a sustainable project (Qala) through the 4 yr payback phase. So WWI and Qala could have multiple lenders who now see this project as a no brainer.
Since Mar-24, the GP has made Qala extremely commercially viable and as soon as the GP can hold above $2500 it should be de-risked, even with a 30% collapse in the Gold Price.
Gold Producers are flying today and IMHO the near-term producers will be next.
