The chart being critiqued was Goldnumber's 'Post #: 74703098' which appears to display prices from market open to about 10:20 yesterday, while your chart covers a year.
Had I known you were going to be so offended at my lack of precise detail, I might have downloaded the minute by minute data from my broker yesterday (I can no longer access that level of detail easily), but the point is, my graph illustrated the underlying issue quite adequately. I'm not sure what your chart does.
BTW I spent more time writing this post than it took me to see that the period covered in you chart was out by about 365.98 days (given the leap-year)
