To be fair he's the big winner here, the shareholders are the losers, even if hes kicked out, hes got 56+ million FREE shares, has been paid millions of dollars for the last 6 years for achieving, or even doing nothing, he hasnt even been in the same country as the business thats been the most successful for AGH. I would love to see his day to day. Hes the big winner here the shareholders are the actual losers unfortunately.
Would be hard to even get him out, he has controlling interest in the company, 14%, next biggest holder is adman lanes pty ltd, who have been buying up these last months, I wonder why, I wonder if they were aware of this cap raise. If they are against Josh there is a chance they could get him out but would need majority support from other top twenty holders as adman lanes oty ltd now have close to 10%.
The rest of the top 20 mainly comprise of holdings less than 1% of the company, so would really be hard to get him out of there, the structure hes set up for himself seems sweet , getting paid millions for doing nothing, and no one can stop it, just keep raising at all time lows, will do a consolidation and name change and keep it going for another 10 years.
