It doesn,t matter ASN have a halt still on their project and are only still doing work there as the requaest for reconsideration was lodged after the deadline, the halt is still in play and ASN need to work with the Dept so its all up in the air .
So whether ASN are far ahead of MAN copuld well turn out to be a bad thing with all the money spent there by ASN
