What do you expect him to say? We're currently negotiating an 8 figure ARR contract with XYZ Company, Mum's the word, but watch this space, nudge, nudge, wink, wink?
How can he - or any CEO - respond about future contracts that may currently be under discussion/negotiation but haven't yet been finalised other than to tread very carefully?
For a start the ASX would crucify him...again. Not to mention the customer(s), and all other customers who, as we have seen, demand the highest levels of confidentiality in their dealings with Pointerra including executive-level authorisation and sign-off on what they can and cannot publicly announce.
"Ready to capitalise on qualified 7 & 8 figure USD ARR enterprise sales opportunities from a rapidly expanding sales pipeline across all sectors," is either gilding the lily or it isn't. Given the disappointments of the last 3 quarters, only a madman - or someone with clear visibility into what's coming - would make such a statement, twice in quick succession, without confidence and some foundation in reality.
