Changing from cash to "In Lieu" can be interpreted both ways, saving cash to just get by until revenue increases or taking advantage of getting more shares for their money to cash in later for multiples. Hard to tell atm but normally done to save some $$. But looking at the amount that's been saved it will be more in the directors interest for later then being a saving tool for the company now.
Market likes it, that way it should be good.
