Questions about the technology held more weight around four years ago, primarily because trials had not reached advanced stages, making it more of an unknown. The fact that companies have tested Talga's technology through various stages over the years, progressing to the negotiation stage, should serve as sufficient validation. This is in addition to the EIB's extensive due diligence in approving financing.
Although there is no binding agreement yet, this is more due to the appeals process rather than any shortcomings in Talga's battery technology.
