what about if new phase 1.5 is to let glencore on a side? I mean, gln has an agreement with glencore for phase 1, but what happen if GLN redesign what phase 1 is (new phase 1.5) and NEVER finish the phase 1 that signed with glencore? like, ok we have this agreement and we are not breaking it but we took a different path while you pay us. you don't want to fund us, ok no problema amigo, we keep moving forward with our redisgn
