As a layman with no professional information to reply upon I would suggest that the ASX acted on information received from BBL, Spheria or Pinnacle or all acting in unison.
No doubt especially Blundy buying At near 0.30 cents Less than a week prior to capital raise and the ASX taking a very dim view of the raise and announcement.
