    That is definitely on the cards, and it was refining AND recycling in Brazil.

    Just not sure if the refining is confined to just VMM.

    But I also know that Brazil has big plans for rare earths. They already have an RE industry, and want to grow to the point where they rival China.

    That of course is a few years away, but recycling and refining is a good place to start.
