And another thing I forgot to mention in my post #5953801, IGO4IT et all.
And that is, that the people whom have benefited from those SPP placements, which were made to sophisticated Investors, cannot be voted in any way towards those resolutions either. It is all up to the previous investors prior to the placements, to decide on whether or not they will be approved.
