2. They reduced the size of that MR to help get approval.
3. They were awarded their MR

4. Subsequently an appeal was lodged against the MR, late and on apparent familiar grounds, but lodged
5. A week later the appeal was upheld and remains in place
6. WWI launched a PR application to get back the area they originally took out of their MR application in Step 2, this was also appealed

Now the notification you keep posting and circling is to say that the appeal against the PR in Step 6 has been dismissed

The appeal against the MR, Step 4, is still in place
