Looking forward to an update (Finally) on the uranium project this coming week, the 120 day exclusivity period has to be up. If this tenement is exercised, we will have so much landholding under our control. The problem is, we are a minnow and need to change our approach to business, we can’t keep raising money and drilling and diluting existing shareholders. With that said, at times we do seem to be more land bankers than a focused exploration team. I am giving these guys another 6-12 months to do something formidable that at least doubles our market cap (which should be pretty do able in my opinion given we are a 5 mil market cap).

Our current approach hasn’t worked from a shareholder value creation perspective, all you have to do is look at the share price since inception. In my opinion we need to either divest some more of our land holdings or enter into a joint venture arrangement with a well known copper company with deep pockets (this is my preference).

Copper is in demand so we should be able to negotiate a good joint venture deal arrangement. The dordabis sale monies are still yet to be realised (welcome to operating in a foreign country) so let’s fire up the share price with a joint venture agreement with our copper assets, I don’t mind selling the Canadian tenement as this doesn’t seem to be in our plans at all so let’s flog it off while the copper is in demand. An increased share price of the back of this would then allow a decent capital raise to be conducted for the uranium deposit. Cheers, CP.
