i agree that a couple more contracts and they will go, you can see this is why they are getting a local branch. It might need a CR or two to help accelerate growth, this generally doesn't negatively impact share price when it is being used for expansion opportunities to assist with demand.
Hopefully in the future it is viable that they can get rid of the middleman, after attaining the appropriate approvals and jumping hurdles.
