The Following is the Summary of an Announcement AXE made on 11 March 2024. As you can see delivery of the new miniaturised biochips from the Netherlands Fabricator (not to be confused with the Spanish Fabricator) was anticipated in Mid 2024.
I have emailed AXE to ask whats happened about that and when do they expect to update the market on it.
I'm thinking I will also write to them about when they expect to appoint a new CEO and can they now prepare a comprehensive report to shareholders on the remaining steps to be taken and the time frame involved in progressing the Biochip gFET to commercialization (this may not be a realistic request for the 12CQ quantum technology)
Maybe as Shareholders, we need to be more proactive
• Archer Materials has advanced its Biochip gFET chip design with a significantreduction in size. • The Biochip size reduction was achieved by Archer personnel redesigning thelayout of the circuits creating the gFET transistors. • Archer has sent the miniaturised chip designs for fabrication to a foundry partner,Applied Nanolayers (“ANL”), based in the Netherlands. • The miniaturised chips will undergo wafer dicing, assembly, packaging and relatedelectrical testing at Archer’s newly established outsourced semiconductorassembly and testing (“OSAT”) partner, AOI Electronics in Japan.
• The delivery of the new miniature packaged chips is anticipated in mid-2024
