To anyone who has been living under a rock... Corruption is wide spread in Australia. Its run by both sides of politics.

If any business wants access or political favours it gives cash to the political parties. One must buy "plates" at dinners and "tables" at political conferences.

Taxpayer funded?

Never going to happen.

But we could make both houses 5 year terms. Would reduce the "advertising" aspect of politics.
