Corruption isn't so much a political 'run by' ---- it's more like a cultural norm

it's basically everywhere - it can be seen in the smallest businesses, it can be seen in the lobbying and support by lawyers, accountants and real estate agents who resist attempts by governments to bring in legislation to stop the tidal wave of money laundering in Ozzie residential real estate etc.

it can be seen in areas like stock trading, the world of directorships, online gambling etc - it goes on and on and on and is spread throughout society like a cancer riddled body
