Seems to me the IDF has always been able to kill at will.
-- Remember the bulldozer they ran over Rachel Corrie, a young, white, pretty, blonde American that dared to stand in the way of a demolition?
-- Remember the snipers who shot out the knees of peaceful protesters four years ago?
I could go on and on. It's just normal, then and now.
