its all a bit of a crap shoot. this time we have a control group so the hurdle is much higher......but there is a lot of hope from the customer base.....

Havent seen u post much here, welcome. No offence but guessing youre not completely up to date with old information like the Rome cohort mentioned above which is entirely all about factoring in a control group / higher hurdle. So placebo is already accounted for with a lot of published data, making the predictions of this trial far from a crap shoot and imo as close as any ph2b could ever be.
