There was a potential timeframe for $1 billion capex in 2019 announcements. They projected that the investment would be spread out over several years, with construction potentially starting as early as 2021 and production commencing by FY2024. We haven't seen anything yet other than government rubber stamps. So a three year construction capex of $1b is $333m/y when it starts, this could change your 2027 forecasts. I dare say that inflation has changed that $1b. Maybe court delays with the boganaire?
