When reading the following bear in mind Canaccord Genuity were the lead manager in the June 2023 $160million institutional raise and the recent $174million to purchase the Talavera Road site, so may be a tad biased (although others have bandied about similar share price predictions), of course it may also indicate they know what they're talking about.
"Also, management’s purchase of the lease on the Talavera Road site provides significant flexibility over the key IC3 Super West development, explains the analyst. Buy."
Roger Montgomery refers to this as the 2 billion dollar car park, especially the case as they now own it outright:
"a business where we think they're executing incredibly well. We think the thematic is really good, obviously. And we believe that that company has a lot of unrealised value potential in its car park, believe it or not. We'd like to call it the $2 billion car park. And we've been to see the company twice in the last couple of weeks." - LINK
