That seconds recharge time charger once perfected and patented will be yet another massive marketing opportunity for FL! Mate, can you imagine if this technology could be extrapolated to ev cars (which it obviously ultimately will be!), Fortescue will make an absolute motza, and we'll all be rolling in clover! in addition, given that one of the main whinges about evs is charge times, it will greatly accelerate the replacement of dinosaur ICE vehicles, contributing significantly to decarbonising our atmosphere! Mate, it's Win, Win, Win!

What the FZ team could next set their sights on would be to develop everlasting batteries resistant to the destructive nature of fast chargers. "Fly me to the moon and let me play amongst the stars!" What we are witnessing is a classic illustration of the concept that one of the most common mistakes investors make is to underestimate the pace of technological change. That Dino interview was only 3 months ago, and we were talking about glacial speed 30 minutes charge time...yawn!

The other most common mistake is confirmation bias, where investors tend to seek out people and information in harmony with pre-existing opinions, something I'm somewhat wary of participating with this fabulous Power!! conversation group! There's nothing more intellectually dangerous than hanging around with a group of like-minded people confirming each other's opinions... Echo chambers! Wary, yes, but definitely not deterred! Always feel welcome to call BS on anything I'm rabbiting on about!
