They cant do any sweetening until they see results and the soa and off market takeover dates have passed because if they did, that would indicate somehow J-Power have got there hands on the running results which would be illegal.
Jpower have to wait and see what happens now, like everyone else. Then decide their next move.
Honestly, i dont see SKIP voting yes. Remember, they wanted the company in partnership with BF, ehen that fell through, SKIP stayed.
J-Power are a large renewable player and i think SKIP will be happy to go into partnership with them.
Id actually say that Jpower knew SKIP may not sell and went ahead with the proposed soa & off market takeover offer knowing theres a large chance theyll end up in cahoots with SKIP.
